Severe Arm Pain

Hey, I had a rather nasty two and a half hour session the day before yesterday, and even today, my right arm muscles are EXTREMELY sore. All the way down to my forearm, especially in the elbow area.
It's so painful that it's tough to sleep, and all my body wants to do is keep it straight.
Obviously I overworked the tendons/muscles becuase my arm was virtually in teh same position for 2.5 hours.
It's probably like Tennis Elbow. But this is Picker's Arm. (sorta humourous in a sick sorta way)
Just wondering if anyone else's arms hurt them for a few days after..
