Picking times

Hi. I am pretty new to the program, and have some questions regarding the time I spend picking. What is this supposed to cover -- just the picking itself, or that plus clean-up and possibly putting ointments, creams, and lotions on the sores?
Another problem I have is that sometimes, I multi-task -- working on computer, reading, etc. with a few seconds of picking here and there (I guess as a way to try to stop picking). It's these times I have basically guessed on so far.
How does everybody else document their picking times?
