has anyone bought the book?

heya, I haven't bought the book either but looked about for other books which could help... i found this on googlebooks and theres enough of the preview pages for you to read and see if it'd help. Hi, jolldoll01. I've wondered the same thing. I haven't bought the book (yet, anyway), but just this year I have read 2 books that have been really worthwhile. I have no stake in them, apart from wishing someone here might find help in them as I have, so I hope it's ok to mention them. One is called Skin Deep. I don't have it with me, and I can't remember who the author is, but I can check. The other, which has really been life changing for me, is The Power of Now, by Eckhart Tolle. Especially for people like me, whose picking cycles tend to follow close behind the stress cycles, this book gives a way out. It's a whole new way to approach things and look at the world, regardless of who you are or what are your problems. I'd love to hear if anyone else has read this book and found it as inspirational as I did.
