Uk, skin pickets, either trying to stop or have stopped???

Hello, I was just wondering if anyone knew of any therapists etc. in the uk anywhere who are able to treat this condition? It is so hard to find a lot of help in the Uk and I really want to stop but I have literally no will power mehh
