When you have the urge, WRITE IT DOWN!

Starting tomorrow I will be journaling my thoughts, feelings, and surroundings when I feel the urge to pick. Over the days I'll examine those invoices and study them to try to find any possible triggers. This is one of the exercises they do in CBT (congnitive behavioral therapy). Ill let you all know my progress in a week or so :)
