Hormone balancing

Hi everyone!

I guess not all of us have skin issues, but for me I wouldn't have a picking problem if my skin was clear to start with, and at thirty I developed this awful "adult onset acne". I have been looking for ways to balance hormones naturally, and found something about spruce tea and their great effect on the hormone system, not just for balancing estrogen, but also for the thyroid and pituitary...it seems to naturally bring all the hormones into balance (http://powerof3info.fatcow.com/?p=1902). I am going to give this a try! Will keep you posted. If anyone else gives it a go, let me know! Blessings!

Sounds good. Would be interested to hear how you get on. Does it taste horrible though?

Hi to all! I am 45 and have been picking & biting at my own skin since I can remember. I use to bite my fingernails until they bled. Now I chew the skin around the nails until it bleeds. My nails are warped and don't grow normally no matter how much calcium & biotin I take. I notice it is worse when I am stressed or not feeling well. I am a chronic pain patient and a nurse, but that's something for a later date. I have decided that this has affected my life long enough. My teeth are showing signs of wear, fractures, and cause me pain almost daily. I'm thinkin this should probably stop soon if I want to eat normally. I am also having GI problems because of all of the skin ingestion that is unhealthy. I need help! There aren't any docs in my area that specialize in this that I have found so far. I'll keep looking if u guys will send help my way. Thanks a lot!
Betty
