sunburnt skin/biting?

I have just found out about this disorder, and began thinking about if I do anything along these lines.
Some things I do are: Bit off lip skin just because, pick at my fingernails/cuticles, bite my fingers, peel off sunburnt skin, and sometimes scratch my arms or legs until they're a decent red color, but no bleeding unless by accident.

Basically, I don't know if these are signs of the disorder, or if these are just some habits I picked up over time.
However, I am a recovering cutter, and I'm also not sure if my coping method of picking my nails turned into this disorder, and if I should be slightly concerned.

Any help would be appreciated!
