dafuq is this

In my early teenage-childhood years I never had a problem with acne. I Always had very pretty & smooth skin, but as I got older I developed adult acne around my cheeks and mouth. I always thought it to be a product of my employment in fast food. In my mid 20s, I started developing small whiteheads underneath the skin around my eyes and base of my nose bridge. Though not big enough to pop, yet sensitive skin around the area makes it painful to try. How do I get rid of them??
