It is never too late, anyytime you find yourself in front of a mirror, fingers furiously digging and peeling at your skin, keep in mind that THIS IS NOT WHO YOU ARE. Don't get down on yourself for any reason, help is all around us :) next time I start to breakdown I will definitely take my own advice, and odds are I will need this relayed back to me verbatim so that I don't fall back to ground zero.
