NOSE picking

I have been a cuticle and finger picker for about 30 years. It is embarassing because people look at your hands. I also have been scalp picking and that really scares me because I color my hair and have open wounds. It really hurts. But my most recent obsession is nose picking. I guess it is less shameful because no one can see the scabs inside my nose. It is a constant activity. The problem is I am on a blood thinner for blood clots. I picked my nose one day and had a nose bleed for 4 hours. I don't want to bleed to death. Also I noticed I am really judgemental towards people who pick at their face, acne, or scabs on other parts of their bodies. I need help..
