I've ruined my skin

I'm 20 years old and have skin picked for at least 7 years; to be honest I can't remember when I started. Recently the acne on my back has cleared at so firstly I'm frustrated and anxious that there's nothing there to pick (even though this should be a good thing) however I can now see there are hundreds of tiny white scar spots that are literally everywhere. Has anyone found an effective method of reducing the appearance of these scars? Thanks
