Hey Guys,
Im 21 yrs old and from Germany..and Im addicted since im 12 yrs old too skin picking.
I want to stop it but I dont know why..over here is skin picking not that popular.
sometimes im hours in front of a mirrow and squish pimples and blackpoints out...
normaly a have a clean skin but because of this I really look horrible... so can somebody give me some advices how to stop PLEASE
Im 21 and want to look good not like a teen!

i hope you will find the courage and determination to overcome this compulsion. there is a lot of information on this site and stoppickingonme.com. there's a lot of advice and support here. but mostly it takes determination. all the best to you.
