Treatment methods: I primarily use ComB to treat various body focused repetitive behaviors, and this includes CBT. Depending on the client's presentation and range of associated symptoms, I can also incorporate ACT, IFS, EMDR.

Description

I provide creative and evidence-based care for hair pulling and skin picking, as well as other challenges such as anxiety or trauma. My clients often tell me that they appreciate my compassionate approach. I am trained in the ComB method by the TLC Foundation, and have provided education to other clinicians about treating BFRBs. I currently offer in-person and virtual therapy for clients who reside in North Carolina.
