My therapist made several interesting observations about my responses and asked the right questions to help me make connections between my experiences, my subconscious thought processes, and my behaviors, which was very eye-opening to me. Unfortunately, I do not have the time or energy right now to complete the rest of this program, but I will definitely consider starting the program again once I am able to fully commit to it.

Eye-opening insights, even in a short time
