Recommendations for gloves?

I primarily pick my scalp, and often I'm not aware of it until I'm mostly through removing an existing scab. I'm looking for a thin glove that I can wear around the house and when at the computer working (as work stress is a primary trigger for me). Ideally I could use a touch screen, but I'd settle for just wearable for a long period of time at a keyboard.

I've been googling, but haven't found good recommendations yet specifically for reducing picking of scalp or other parts of body. If I find any, I'll post here!

if you’re from the uk boots sell nice material ones:). they are machine washable and first aid gloves so they are nice and thin

Thanks for the recommendation! I ended up trying these - they have been lightweight enough for the spring, we'll see how it goes as the temperatures warm up. There is a silver tip on one finger.

Hi! Do you pick everyday? I do it since I was like 15.. and I am 30 now.  Did you find any solution apart from gloves? You or anybody with this problem can text me on email elenaarchidona@gmail.com and we can support each other and share ideas or solutions.

All the best!
