I'm wondering how common it is to have both trichillomania and dermatillomania? I pick out the hairs on my arms/legs. Anyone else?

I have both! It sucks. I pull mostly from my eyebrows but I have also pulled hairs from my legs and pubes at times. I am trying to regrow my eyebrows right now and it is hell. I have no idea how common it is, but I would really give anything to just have one or the other.
