Having a bad reaction from finger picking

I was wondering if anyone else is having this problem. I been picking at my fingers and now they are starting to itch. I am starting to get these tiny bubbles forming on the sides of my fingers. I guess they kinda look like blisters. The more they itch the more I pick and scratch. It looks horrible.
