Looking for a psychologist or counsellor

Hi, My wife suffers from skin-picking. She picks acne on her face. She has been doing this for more than 15 years. It has long been the cause of a lot of tension between us, and I want to find a psychologist or counsellor who has some experience in this area. We live in Australia. Does anyone have any recommendations? Also, would be great to hear from others how I may best be able to help. I love my wife very much, and it both breaks my heart and at the same time frustrates the hell out of me when she has been picking. What I have been trying to do to help her up to now clearly isn't working - I need new strategies. Thank you!
