Embarrassing Picking

This is so embarrassing but i hope I can find someone to talk to. I am a 22 year old who has had problems since I can remember with picking. My worst are my lips but the others are the embarrassing ones. I pick the skin all over my vagina and anus to the point of bleeding and it hurting horribly when I am going to the bathroom. I can sit here for a full hour just trying to pick one piece. Its always trying to heal and im always picking it back off especially between my vagina and anus. This is so embarrassing but i really need advice or someone i can confide in!
