Skin picking on nose

Hi I am a 50 year old woman in the UK who has been picking the skin on my nose for the past 5 years. Before this I have had occassional bouts of picking on other parts of my body but never to the same extent or for as long. This prolonged bout has been going on for far too long and I am only now becoming aware of the depth of the problem. It is having a major impact on my family ( I have a husband and two teenage girls) and also my self esteem as I can barely look at myself in the mirror. I have had CBT therapy but this had little effect and am now taking anti-depressants. I think the only way forward is to try habit reversal therapy - does anyone know of a specialist in this field in the Yorkshire area of the UK?
