holes in my face.

i never thought that my picking would ruin my face so much. im screwed because i dont realize how bad my face looks until i finally stop. i lay in bed until the redness goes away. the scars on my face are gaping holes. on my nose and my cheek bones. how can i fix them. it looks like all the pores on my face are huge.
