Feat and Face

My Name is Alasdair and I have been picking and eating skin on my feat since early childhood, I am now 17. I have recently had the same problem with blackheads, picking and eating the contents. I don't know much about the conditions. I tried to see a doctor a couple of years ago but I was always told I would just grow out of it. This is becoming more and more of a problem as I get older as my face is scaring and I often find it hard to walk if I have had a bad day of feat picking. Hopefully some guys on here might be able to offer some advice. Alasdair
