hardest part for me

I've had this condition for almost ten years now and for me the most difficult part is that I have a form of eczema on my arms that causes them to be dry and have small zits all over them. The temptation is always there all over me and I feel like I have to get rid of both my problems for me to really stop. I've tried different lotions, some prescription level and others over the counter, I've stopped taking hot showers and I've changed up my diet but the more I pick the more they continue to appear. Anyone else with similar problems?
