Smelling Scabs?

I have tourette syndrome, OCD, ADD, and dermatillomania, along with several other disorders, and this is amazing to find something like this! But I was wondering: I know this is gross, but does anyone else smell their scabs after picking them? It's really gross, but I do it without thinking, is that really weird?
