Anyone Tried Milky feet to try stop picking

Hi I was thinking of buying this product called milky feet - it takes away dead skin off your feet...i thought if i dont have cracks on my feet then i cant pick the feet(my feet are the main concern right now as i am limping) and one of the picks isnt healing(i wearing bandaids but not helping) Yes I will be seeing my pysc in a month but for now i wondered has anyone tried it and if so did it work? Otherwise can u offer me short term solution for my feet--Its summer time here(sydney australia) so cant wear sneakers or socks(as that helps) thanks
