New to this. Please Help.

hello, this is the first time i've ever spoken about this. I'm 17 and don't yet know if i actually have this. I pick my skin. All the time. Have done ever since i was a little girl. i just thought it was something i did. I see dry skin, or raised skin and i HAVE to pick it. My hands and feet. It's got worse over recent years to the extent that i simply look for areas of skin to pick. Is this actually Dermatillomania? Or just something else weird about me??
