I have. I also HAVE TO KEEP up with all the other strategies because, I too, falter back and pick. I think that creams, constant files around, not using anti-bacterial soap so much and dish detergent my cuticles get better. I have a mouth guard at night which I should use during the day but how can I do that when I have to talk all day. I am going to check on flavored toothpicks next. I heard they have better flavors out there. I think this picking is psychological from adolescent /kid days and I need to treat "that part". I don't think (intuitively anyway, it is bad thing that happened back then but I think this picking stems from that time in my life) I am doing journaling because it is cheap. I want to see if a pattern arises. But anyway, I love, accupunture. I have been using that for about 8 yrs for my hand, elbow and neck (allergies) and it is great! My body likes it though, some it does not do too much. My nerves like it. I laughed for 45 minutes straight my 1st session. Honestly. I wish I still did that...I still do laugh some but that first session must have released something.
