NEED HELP BADLY!!!!!!!!!!!

well i have been picking since i was a younger kid and now im 24 and i cant stop... i go all day doing this, is there any advice as to what i can do. i have tried the meds i have tried the therapy and none of it works.. i am a mother and my daughter is always telling me i have boo boo's and it breaks my heart someone please help me, even if there is away to help heal my sores as well anything will help. please let me know thank you
