Do you like Bio Oil?

Just bought some Bio Oil, and I put it on after shaving my legs and it really has been burning. I wondering if anyone has had this happen to them. I'm trying to heal and fade the skin on my legs. Also, wondering if it could be burning because my skin is so dry? Anyone have an idea on this? I have major skin problems on my legs, in fact, someone just asked me today, "What happened to you. Your skin...." Ugh. I just want to heal and fade out the scars. I really really want beautiful skin again. Is that even possible?
