i hate it but somehow i enjoy it i wanna stop

im 17 live a pretty normal life for a guy but i pick my scalp and eat the scabs i actually find enjoyment from it but i hate it i pick other places to but my scalp is the most heavy picked place on my body i have 5 or six large sores there and can pick it for hours it hurts after ward. picked scabs for as long as i remember but i probley started picking my head when i was in 7th grade and i let the scabs fall onto paper and then ate it off trying to not be noticed i feel horrible and i want to stop
