Stress Reliever

Tonight I couldn't sleep. I have so much stress and things on my mind that I couldn't wind down and relax. Eventually something came over me and I ripped my lip to shreds. Now I feel like I can just pass out. I don't like taking my stress out on myself. I need to find a new way. Until then it just happens over and over. Ideas? :/
