The Confession Thread
If you fall off the wagon, here's the place to talk about it. My confession - I picked at my fingers twice today, after not picking at them for about 12 hours. I got a spot on my thumb that's kinda sore right now. But it's ok - I've caught myself a dozen times and stopped it. I know I'm getting better.
