skin picking skype group

I'm forming a new group that many of you might be interested in. I used to pick my skin a lot too, but have learned over the last few years how to stop. Most of my learning and progress was in an in-person skin picking/hair pulling group, so I saw how being part of a group really helps. As a health coach I've been working individually with women over the last few months who have all made great progress in stopping their picking. Now I'm excited to start my first stop-picking coaching group. I'm looking for 4-6 women for the group, which will meet on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of the month starting November 19th at 6 PM Pacific time (9 PM East coast). Please contact me via my website for more information: Contact me even if this day/time doesn't work for you because I plan to start another group in January or February.

This sounds like a fantastic idea. I am definitely interested in having a group of people to share with! I think it takes it a step further than just posting in the forum. Real, visual, human support. That's what I need at least. Not free on Mondays though.. Please let me know if you decide to have this group at any other time!

Thanks for posting, sunlit_moon. I agree completely. In the future I do plan to have other groups on different days. Or you may be interested in individual one-on-one coaching support. The best way to be kept informed is through my newsletter, which anyone can subscribe to at

Hi everyone, I still need more people to run this 6 month group coaching program. I'm planning to postpone it until January, which is right around the corner. Please see my homepage for more information on my individual and group programs. (I also have self-help tips on the blog there.)
