I've tried this out before, but after a couple days I'd stop posting updates, and my whole plan would fall apart. I'm making the commitment now: 30 days minimum of daily check-ins on progress. Whether or not this actually helps my problem, we'll see. But I have a strong feeling that writing about it every day will help me become more conscious of my actions.
First day isn't quite over yet - I'll have to write a little later on - but so far in the day, I've picked at my face, legs, and back. Pretty bad. I suppose I can only improve from here :)
