way to go bb91! Keep going without picking. I almost quit picking last night but I itching, scratching & a bit of picking wasn't that bad. It's will take a one day at a time for without picking. Well, this year looks worst in me but ot gotton out of hand lately. It's go back and forth for picking and quit picking. The summer is the worst months but I keep swimming all the time so the skin will make much better, after that night, it's looks way worse then the flybites. I wear my bathing suit and my both legs got scarred but some of my family saw it for no reason thank god for covering it very quickly. My cousin saw it on my arm and asked me what that white spots and I couldn't tell him about my skin problem that cause for pickings. I didn't want him to look hurt or scared. Ever since I was small, I used to wear a full bathsuit for a year or 2 years, I started picking on my both legs and got covered with my swim shorts to cover on my bathsuits luckily no one ever see this before. Hope this one hlep you for cover your swim shorts while your swimming in the summer and it's working but in the night time make sure you will apply the cream after shower or bath or even when you going to bed afterwards.
