Today is the first day in two months I haven't picked at my face. I know it's seriously embarrassing, but I wore band aids on my pointer fingers the entire day, and I'm planning to tomorrow. It not only makes it impossible to pick, but it's a constant reminder not to. I can't call this a fix because we all know that will take years, but I feel like when we are in a rut with this disease we need something new- a new face wash, a new routine, a new cream - to jump start the initiative. So if anyone is at the breaking point we so often hit, when our faces are ruined and it feels like it will never stop, try this and hopefully it helps. Even if it's for a day, I call that a success.
