Day 18 no pick

Hey all! Today, I had the awesome experience of seeing an old friend from high school. From past conversations, I knew we both suffered from some sort of picking disease. It was a great accomplishment to show her my clear face today. These are the kind of encounters that aid in the healing process. They make us feel proud to go out into public. I hope you all can get pass the couple of days of not picking that end in this great feeling. It's well worth it, and you all deserve it. Keep working hard.
