Good Morning all, Any help on the below points would be much appreciated: *Best ways to uncover the root cause of the problem? *Are there any free online counselling services available? *Success stories in eventually stopping the habit and maintaining this on a day to day basis? Thanks.

As an EFT practitioner I'm trying Emotional Freedom Techniques to help with this issue for myself. I've had some success in the past but it wasn't lasting (I think the one session wasn't enough) I'll let you know if it works :-)
