I pick any imperfection I can find!

Hey everyone, I have been picking for almost three years now but this year it has gotten worse I pick at my scabs, pimples, white heads, bumbs, lumbs, blemishes, boils and red spots.Once I pick I get scars that last forever I have some already. Any suggestions on how I can stop please help me. I am a 15 year old teenage girl that just wants to feel beautiful inside and out and I need all the help I can get thx you guys. WE CAN BEAT DERMATILLOMANIA TOGETHER AND WE WON'T LET DERMATILLOMANIA BEAT US!!!!
