Picking at stubborn acne

I picked at a spot on my cheek that was little and hard so I decided to squeeze it. I couldn't get it all out so I just kept trying and trying and ten was left with a puffy circle on my check and woke up with a red scabby mark. I want it to go away fast and heal good. I out Caladryl on it but it burns a little. I get so depressed when I do this.
