skin picking book

Has anybody read the book they sell on this site? Was it worth it? From the table of contents it looks completely useless self-help-wise, and $30 for a 60 page e-book is steep (to put it nicely), so I could never bring myself to buy it. I'm writing a self-help book on skin picking, and I can't believe there is nothing out there like that yet. There is plenty you can do to stop picking. - Annette (aka Arati) of stop-picking.com
