I am just starting this forum. I am 21 years old. I have been picking for all my life. I just started therapy so hopefully it helps. I also hope this site helps too. I can't do this alone. I need this support!

i have been a picker for two years and this week just had a complete change of attitude and have stopped and will not let myself go back to my old ways. i know you can do it too! :) xxx
