PMS damn you!

Agh I kno my period is coming because I am cranky, sad, hungry as hell and DYING TO PICK AT MY SKIN. I got a minor breakout and picked at a big pimple. I hope it doesn't get infected cuz it's gonna make me feel very sad to tomorrow. I also hope tomorrow I don't pick because it was really really hard to stop myself today. How do you guys deal with pms?
