picking, eating, cuttin and burning

I pick and eat skin all over my body. Currently I have over 50 open wounds on my body. Breast, legs, arms, inside of my mouth, lips, feet, well you get it. I was on seroquel which helped a lot but ran out of prescription months ago. I've had a lot of drastic life changes recently including moving to another state after living in the same place 50 years. Death of my father (dearly loved) don't want to go to therapy because I hate talking to people about the habit and the past. I just want the seroquel.
