Service dog for csp

Does anyone out there have a service dog to help with their skin picking disorder? I recently purchased a dog who is in-training to help alleviate my skin picking obsession and anxiety disorder. I am looking for anyone who may have experience in this area. Does it work? My dog has become my last-ditch effort to save myself from this disease as it is slowly killing me :(
