Just for today: I trust that the God of my understanding will do for me what I cannot do for myself. I did pick a little last night. Just a small bump on my arm that I could not resist squeezing to pop it for some reason. Once that bump did not really pop, nothing to squeeze out, I found another bump! I started the vicious cycle all over again. So today is a new day. My arms do not look that bad. I was able to force myself to stop before I tore my skin up completly. I pray to my Higher Power that the urge will go away today. I am fine right now. So hopefully tonight I will be fine too.......
