Swine Flu - Picking

I just had a thought. I haven't been on here in months unfortunately but I do think that maybe if we understand that it could spread germs ( not like it doesn't anyway) to other people and harm them - we might think twice.

well for me its such an unconscious thing..so even though i know its not hygienic and i need to stop..that doesnt stop my hand from making its way to my face

For me, I don't care. As odd, and horrible, as that sounds. It makes me feel good for that brief moment. Smokers know their addiction is wrong/painful to others, but yet don't stop. It's even harder with picking since it's not something that was originally a real concious choice.
