Has anyone tried Triamcinolone Cream?

I have an over abundance of Triamcinolone Cream for my Psoriasis. Does anyone know if this will help scabs heal?

I recently tried this cream because I have an infection from picking. I will let you know if it helps heal the scar. I have a hard time not picking the scabs, so I may not have an answer for you. Smile....The cream I am using is called Nystatin and Triamcinclone Acetonide Cream.
