This is destroying my relatonship with my sister

Help- I am so tired of having to deal with my sister -she constantly picks and can't even carry a conversation without getting into her pick mode trance. SHe is walking around with scabs all over her hands and legs. I am so tired of it and she just says she "itches" when clearly she is excoriating herself beyond control.-HELP!
