Has anyone tried getting acupuncture or going to a chiropractor to reduce picking? What was your experience? Did you get any relief or reduction in picking? I know different things work for everyone, but just thought that I would ask. Thank you
I've never tried Acupuncture for picking due to the cost but I've gone to a Chiropractor regularly for most of the 28 years I've been picking and have never noticed it helping the issue.
